DESCRIPTION
A concentrated, heavy-duty, liquid, steam cleaning and pressure washing compound. Contains alkalies and alkaline builders, detergents, emulsifiers, and an inhibitor to keep freshly cleaned parts from flash rusting.
APPLICATIONS
Zep Steam ‘N Clean may be used to clean parts of iron, steel, stainless steel, and titanium. Use on engine parts from automobiles, trucks, marine equipment, etc. and on all types of industrial equipment and machinery. *Not for use on aluminum, galvanized or other soft metal.

HEAVY-DUTY LIQUID STEAM CLEANER
A heavy-duty steam cleaning compound, in convenient liquid form
for use in steam cleaning and high-pressure equipment. Provides
fast, effective removal of dirt, grease and baked-on soil. Strips
many types of industrial and machinery paints. Minimizes scale
formation in steam coils. Safe for use on all types of steam
cleaners. Contains a special corrosion-retarding ingredient which
retards flash rusting of cleaned surfaces. Formulated entirely
with synthetic detergents. Completely free rinsing. For use in
hard or soft water. Essentially odorless in use. Recommended
for use on iron, steel, stainless steel, copper, magnesium, and
titanium metals.
DIRECTIONS:
NOT FOR USE ON ALUMINUM, GALVANIZED, OR PAINTED
SURFACES. AVOID CONTACT WITH PAINT ON CARS OR
TRUCKS.
For Medium-Duty Steam Cleaning: Dilute 2 to 6 ounces of
ZEP STEAM 'N CLEAN per gallon of water and apply with steam
cleaner. Rinse surface thoroughly with water.
For Paint Stripping and Heavy-Duty Steam Cleaning: Dilute
6 to 12 ounces of ZEP STEAM 'N CLEAN per gallon of water and
apply with steam cleaner. Rinse surface thoroughly with water.
For High Pressure Washing: Dilute 2 to 4 ounces of ZEP
STEAM 'N CLEAN per gallon of water and apply with pressure
sprayer. Rinse surface thoroughly with water.
